Delivery Information

We have daily deliveries of Indian stone, Indian sandstone, Indian paving and all other stone landscaping products to the following areas: Birmingham, Cambridge, Coventry, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford and Peterborough.

Unless agreed otherwise, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway. Alternative methods of delivery are available upon request. Deliveries will not be able to be made on grass or gravel.

Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. Please advise Pave Direct of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, it is important to allow a total of 10% for cuts, wastage and for a small number of potential breakages when ordering.

We always check each crate before it is dispatched, if you should find any problem with your order or even have any suspicion of damage, please sign for goods as damaged. We will not be able to arrange replacements or credit if delivery is not signed for as damaged.

You have 24 hours from the time of delivery in which to report details of any damaged or missing items. We'll be happy to refund value of any additional (above 5%) breakage of slabs. Alternatively, we can provide replacement of breakage slabs at cost of shipping. Written and photographic evidence will be required in order for us to follow up your requests. All damaged or missing Romex products must be reported within 14 days from delivery.

If you refuse the goods or are unable to accept the goods at the time, a re-delivery charge will be made. These charges are set by the delivery network.

Delivery addresses

Pave Direct delivers to all UK mainland addresses. There is, however, a minimal additional charge for deliveries within Scotland, Wales, the Channel Isles and Northern/Republic of Ireland.

Delivery times

Delivery will normally be made within two to four working days from dispatch, and Pave Direct's courier will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. We may be able to give an estimated time of delivery but this may not be possible for every order. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Returns Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of receiving delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be credited, minus our delivery cost and the relevant collection and restocking charges.
