Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These terms govern your purchase of goods from Pave Direct Ltd through https://www.pavedirect.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Us
Pave Direct Ltd, company no. 07256076, VAT no. GB160107847. Registered office: 39 Abbey Road, Bourne, Lincolnshire, PE10 9EN. Contact: info@pavedirect.co.uk, 01778 343999.
2. Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order (e.g. stock, pricing error, or delivery area) and will refund any payment taken if we do.
3. Prices & payment
- Prices are shown per m², per slab and per pack. Unless stated, shelf prices are shown exclusive of VAT; VAT at 20% is shown and applied at checkout.
- We accept card payments (processed securely by our payment providers — your card details never touch our servers) and bank transfer / standing order. Bank-transfer orders are held as awaiting payment against a unique “PD” reference and released when funds clear.
- If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel.
4. Delivery
Standard UK-mainland delivery is free with no minimum spend; nominated-day and Saturday upgrades are priced at checkout. Delivery is kerbside on a pallet. Remote postcodes may carry a surcharge, always shown before you pay. Timescales are estimates; see our delivery page.
5. Breakage guarantee
Every pallet is backed by our breakage guarantee. If paving arrives cracked or broken in transit, send us a photo with your order number within 48 hours and we will replace the affected pieces free of charge. Natural stone varies in colour, tone and texture between slabs — that variation is a feature, not a defect.
6. Cancellation & returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days for a refund. Goods must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition; you are responsible for return carriage of heavy goods unless they are faulty. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
7. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for installation costs — please check quantity, colour and suitability (order a £0.98 sample) before laying.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Not sure on colour or quantity?
Order a £0.98 sample first — posted next working day, no obligation.
