Standard delivery is free to mainland UK addresses with no minimum spend and arrives within 3–5 working days. Your paving comes palletised on an 18-tonne tail-lift lorry, delivered kerbside: the driver lowers the pallet and moves it with a pump truck to the nearest safe hard-standing — your driveway or the kerb — but won't carry stone through the property, so please have help on hand. A handful of remote Highland and island postcodes may carry a surcharge, always shown at checkout before you pay.

Every pallet is covered. If anything arrives cracked, chipped or broken, take clear photos of the damaged slabs as delivered and send them with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We send free replacements or credit the affected pieces — nothing to send back, no quibbling over a broken corner. See the breakage guarantee for the claim steps.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days for a refund. Goods must be unused and in a re-saleable condition, and you're responsible for return carriage of heavy goods unless they're faulty. Finish That Holds Its Looks: The deep black and white veining of Dunestone replicates the real character of natural slate paving or dark quarried stone, without the porosity, irregularity and maintenance demands. The colour does not fade , bleach, or wear away under UV exposure or foot traffic.

Weather Resistance: Porcelain has less than 0.5% water absorption. UK weather is unpredictable and you see frequent rainfall and freeze-thaw cycles throughout the year. With porcelain, you experience almost no performance issue that is frequent with natural slate and black sandstone paving.
Low Maintenance: Due to the low porosity of porcelain, it gives very little grip to algae, mould and stains. The dark finish handles garden dirt and organic debris more than light paving slabs. Soapy water or light pressure wash is enough to keep it anew even after a decade of use.
Slim Porcelain With Full Visual Impact: These 16mm porcelain paving tiles are lighter than theri 20mm version, making it practical on restricted access sites, upper terraces, or any space where material is carried upstairs or through narrow access.

This range is rated R11 — a slip-resistance class from the DIN 51130 ramp test, where the scale runs R9 (least grip) to R13 (most) and R11 is the common specification for UK patios and pool surrounds. The grip comes from a textured finish fired into the slab's surface, not a coating that can wear off.
