Your paving comes palletised on an 18-tonne tail-lift lorry, delivered kerbside: the driver lowers the pallet and moves it with a pump truck to the nearest safe hard-standing — your driveway or the kerb — but won't carry stone through the property, so please have help on hand. A handful of remote Highland and island postcodes may carry a surcharge, always shown at checkout before you pay.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days for a refund. Goods must be unused and in a re-saleable condition, and you're responsible for return carriage of heavy goods unless they're faulty. Warm Stone Finish
The majority of porcelain pavings sit in the grey, anthracite, and white spectrum. Rustic copper slate porcelain occupies space with its warm copper and rustic tones, with surface movement of natural slate. It works well in naturalistic gardens alongside red bricks, sandstone walling, weathered timber and ornamental grasses.
R11 Anti-Slip Paving
Slip resistance is built into the texture of the porcelain and consistent throughout the porcelain’s body. R11 slip resistance means excellent foot grip in exposed outdoor paving, even in wet UK weather conditions.
Weather Resistance
With porosity below 0.5%, porcelain does not absorb water. It means no cracking, spalling, or surface breakdown through freeze-thaw cycles, which is a particular weakness of natural slate paving. They delaminate and lift when water gets into the grain and freezes.
Fade Resistance
UV exposure and traffic do not affect its surface. It is especially ideal for south-facing installations that take long periods of direct sun.
Ease of Maintenance
With porcelain, there is no sealing ritual, no specialist cleaning products and no annual treatment. The non-porous surface gives no space for algae and moss to hold. Regular sweep and occasional pressure wash are enough to keep these slabs looking as they should.

This range is rated R11 — a slip-resistance class from the DIN 51130 ramp test, where the scale runs R9 (least grip) to R13 (most) and R11 is the common specification for UK patios and pool surrounds. The grip comes from a textured finish fired into the slab's surface, not a coating that can wear off.
